2019년 학회 회장을 연임하게 된 한신대학교 IT콘텐츠학과 강민구입니다.

2020년 창립 20주년을 맞는 학회의 지속적인 발전을 위해 협조해 주신 학회 회원 여러분들의 노고에 감사드리며, 올해에도 학회발전을 위한 적극적인 참여를 기대합니다.

최근, 급변하는 다양한 인터넷융합 관련 기술발달에 따라 회원 여러분의 활발한 학술활동을 지원하고자 합니다. 특별히, 춘.추계 국내학술발표대회 발전과 국제학술발표대회인 APIC-IST 2019와 ICONI 2019의 내실화를 지속적으로 진행하겠습니다.

또한, 글로벌 학술활동을 지원하기 위한 SCI 국제저널인 TIIS(http://www.itiis.org/)의 IF (Impact Factor)향상과 국내 KCI 및 ISI-Web of Science인 JICS(http://www.jics.or.kr/)의 Scopus등재를 재추진하도록 노력하겠습니다.

이를 위한 국내.외 학회지부 창설을 통한 국제협력을 강화할 것이며, 연구회와 지부 활동을 강화하도록 하겠습니다. 아울러, 전자부품연구원(www.keti.re.kr) 등의 다양한 기관 등과의 MOU를 통해 회원 여러분의 학술활동 영역을 다양화하도록 하겠습니다.     

아울러, 학회 사무국의 근무 환경개선과 임원진의 신구 세대의 조화를 통해 회원 여러분에게 보다 나은 서비스를 지원할 것입니다.

2019년 새해에도 학회의 성장과 회원 여러분의 발전을 위한 적극적인 한해를 기대합니다.

Dear members of KSII,

I thank you for your cooperation for the continuous development of our association, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in year 2020.

 As of rapidly development concerning various internet-united technology, we plan to support our members' academic activities. Especially by continuous substantializing of spring and fall domestic conferences and international conferences APIC-IST 2019 and ICONI 2019.

Also, increase of IF (Impact Factor) of TIIS(http://www.itiis.org/), a SCI international journal , and registration of JICS(http://www.jics.or.kr/), a domestic KCI and ISI-Web of Science, on SCOPUS will be carried on again.

To do so, international collaboration will be strengthened by founding both domestic and international association branches, and operation of research society and each branch will be strengthened. Furthermore, we plan to diversify our members' academic activity choices via MOUs with various institutions such as KETI (Korea Electronics Technology Institute, www.keti.re.kr).

Lastly, we shall provide better service through improved working conditions of our secretariat and by seeking balance between old and new members of the board.

We hope an enthusiastic year for our members' development and our association's growth.
